Summer also known as her namesake in her articles as Summer Terry, is from the birthplace of Hip Hop, The Bronx! With a B.A in Mass Communications and a background in radio and television she is well on her way. Falling in love with radio as a child marked a passion for her to follow. After solidifying herself a spot on the Lehman College WHLC Radio Station programming and producing her own radio show "Turning Up the Heat with Summer" she gained reputable internships with Fuse TV, Radio Disney AM 1560, and New York's Official #1 Station for Hip Hop and R&B ...HOT 97!!!!! Once branding herself as the TopShelfDiva the producer for MNN's "Tha Block Party" (channel 56 in Manhattan) wanted her to cover celebrity news in her “Entertainment Heat” on their weekly show.

In the summer of 2007 Summer began her writing path. She wrote her “Dear Summer” files on www.thelifefiles.com leading her to then write for www.AllHipHop.com covering breaking news and then conducting interviews with artists for www.Singersroom.com. After writing news for other websites she took matters into her own hands in the summer of 2009 and started her open diary blog, www.FabLifeOfSummerB.Blogspot.com, discussing her concerns on the matter of the heart. She held the title of the Relationship Columnist for www.Singersroom.com briefly where she got intimate and personal with your favorite singers. She later took on a short stint as a Beauty Contributor for HoneyMag.com highlighting Beauty news and trends.

Although radio has stayed in her blood, working on The Industry Takeover, Saturdays 12pm – 2pm for 3 years and a short stint as the entertainment news reporter for The Midday Invasion, Mondays – Thursdays 12pm-2pm. Currently Summer has embarked on her own path with her new show Weekends with Summer, Saturdays 12pm-2pm on www.PNCRADIO.fm, and starting an Independent Beauty Consulting company, GoDivaGlam, with Avon. Summer has gone on to obtain her cosmetology license to further expand her business in the Beauty Industry. Don't be surprised to see this woman out and about at events, hear her on the radio or see her on TV one day. "I WANT TO DO IT ALL!!!!"
